We are completely transforming this villa in a quiet, low-traffic street just 200 meters from Playa Flamenca beach into a sleek, modern residence. The redesign is by Nico van der Meulen, the acclaimed South African architect, known for his contemporary, light-filled designs.

The villa will be built over two floors. The lower floor, just below street level, will feature three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a separate guest toilet, and a laundry room.
